Leah Larwood is an award-winning PR graduate with an MA in Creative Writing. She worked full-time in communications for over 18 years at global PR and marketing agencies in London, the Caribbean and in her home county of Norfolk before embarking on a new path working in mental health. She still takes on ad-hoc communications freelance projects in the wellbeing sector.

Just one year into her career, Leah won the gold award for the Chartered Institute of PR’s (CIPR) Young Communicator of the Year Award, East of England 2002. Two years later, she won gold again for the CIPR's Best Business-to-Business campaign for the UK Oracle User Group, East of England 2004.
Whilst working as an Associate Director at one of London’s most revered lifestyle PR agencies, Leah was part of the team responsible for winning two awards: Client Team of the Year: The Grocer Marketing, Advertising & PR Awards 2013, and the Marketing Excellence Award for Alpro: Chartered Institute of Marketing 2012.
